Immediate family members or employees of My College Guide and related parties are not eligible. Prize recipients are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes. Any winner whose address cannot be verified will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected. All entries become the property of My College Guide. Prizes may vary depending on availability, and the publisher may substitute a prize of equal value. The winners of the prizes will have the option of receiving a cash prize in lieu of the notebook or iPod Nano ($600 for the winner of the notebook and $200 for the winners of the iPod Nano).
